Crispy, golden, and bursting with flavour, these dumplings take on a Korean BBQ twist thanks to our signature K-Pop Dust seasoning. Pan-fried and gently “smashed” for that irresistible crunchy base, they’re the perfect balance of savoury, smoky and just a hint of chilli heat. A crowd-pleaser for family dinners, quick bites, or entertaining with a Coast n Smoke edge.

3 Spring Onions

500g Pork Mince

2 Tbsp K-Pop Dust

1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

2 tsp Fish Sauce
-
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

24 Gyoza/dumpling wrappers

Olive oil or a neutral oil for frying
Directions
Prepare the dumpling mix:
In a large bowl, combine 2/3 of the spring onion (reserve some for garnish), pork mince, K-Pop Dust, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well until sticky and evenly seasoned.Assemble the dumplings:
Place a wrapper in your palm.
Spoon about 1 heaped teaspoon of dumpling mix into the centre.
Then SMASH by spreading the mix out to form a thin layer all over the top side of the wrapper.
Fry:
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Place dumplings in the pan, leaving space between each.
Use a spatula to gently press each dumpling down. Cook for about 4 minutes until the pork is cooked through then flip and cook for a further 1 minute until the bases are crisp and golden.
Serve:
Plate hot with your choice of dipping sauce. Sprinkle with extra K-Pop Dust and the reserved spring onion if desired. Also great topped with some crunchy chilli oil for extra heat.
