Christmas Glazed Ham

The Rip is our sweet 'n' heat rub and a few years ago I decided to try glazing our Christmas ham with this rub. It worked really well, beyond my expectations (as if I'm honest if was the first ham I had ever glazed).

The cinnamon in The Rip was perfect to give the ham a touch of Christmas flavour without overpowering it.

Also, don't be scared of the heat in The Rip for this recipe, as it's just in the glaze when you eat your ham, it is not super hot.
