Our mates at Mama Melisse have created a hot sauce unlike anything else in our range. It's blended from a family recipe handed down through generations, originating in Sri Lanka, and it's the kind of sauce that finds a place in almost every meal once you've got a bottle in the fridge.
It's got the perfect balance of flavour and heat, made from chillies, raw sugar, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Use it as a condiment, stir it through a cooking sauce, drizzle it over pizza, or mix it with mayo for burgers, coleslaw, salad dressing or a dipping sauce. It's brilliant added to stir fries, slow cooked meals, meatballs or pulled pork too.
Mama Melisse Hot Sauce won Australian Hot Sauce of the Year and Sauce of the Year at the Australian Barbecue Awards at Meatstock, so if you love flavour with a bit of heat, this one's a must try.

A. Free shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, we offer $8 flat rate shipping for standard post delivery and Australia Post express for an additional fee.

Most orders are processed either the same day or the day after depending on the time of ordering. A. Yes we can ship internationally to some regions, please check on the website it your region is available. Shipping is charged at Australia Posts rates and is by weight. We can not track international shipments with great accuracy.
