Jamaican jerk heat with a coastal twist

Drop-in Jerk is full of the aromatic flavours you want from a proper Jamaican jerk seasoning, allspice and thyme up front, with just enough heat to get your lips tingling. Add a generous drizzle of olive oil and it turns into a proper marinade, use it straight away or let it sit for a few hours if you want an extra kick.

Cook it over coals for a mouthwatering jerk crust, or oven bake it for a midweek dinner that punches well above its weight. It's perfect on poultry, seafood, pork and veggies, and it's versatile enough for sausage rolls and panko crumbed burgers too. Finish with a squeeze of lime and you've got yourself a proper Jamaican journey on a plate.

So why Drop-in Jerk? It's named after the surfing term for cutting off someone already riding a wave, which makes you a bit of a jerk. Being based on the Surf Coast in Torquay, we like to keep our names true to surfing and the coast.

Australian owned and made, family run and blended in small batches on the Surf Coast. All natural with no preservatives, no additives and no MSG, and gluten free with no gluten detected during testing.

A. Free shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, we offer $8 flat rate shipping for standard post delivery and Australia Post express for an additional fee.

 

Q. How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?

A. Unless otherwise stated on our website we aim to get orders in the mail to you within 2 business days. Most orders are processed either the same day or the day after depending on the time of ordering. We love fast shipment of orders when we order something online, so that is the service we aim to provide to you too.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we can ship internationally to some regions, please check on the website it your region is available. Shipping is charged at Australia Posts rates and is by weight. We can not track international shipments with great accuracy.
