The Rip opens calm with a hint of sweetness, then swells into a bit of back palate heat, all rounded out with a mix of herbs and spices. It's an easy one to fall for.

Coat your protein in olive oil, dust it generously with The Rip, and let it rest for an hour or overnight if you can. The longer it sits, the more the flavour builds. It's brilliant on pork ribs with a sweet glaze, pulled pork sliders and a rotisserie chicken, and honestly it's just as good on a plate of hot chips.

So why The Rip? A rip in the water looks calm on the surface, like a perfect spot for a swim, but it's not, which is exactly why you swim between the flags. Same idea here, it starts sweet and then the heat sneaks up on you.

The Rip contains a high sugar content, so it is best used at low heats for a long slow cook so it doesn't burn.

A. Free shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, we offer $8 flat rate shipping for standard post delivery and Australia Post express for an additional fee.

 

Q. How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?

A. Unless otherwise stated on our website we aim to get orders in the mail to you within 2 business days. Most orders are processed either the same day or the day after depending on the time of ordering. We love fast shipment of orders when we order something online, so that is the service we aim to provide to you too.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we can ship internationally to some regions, please check on the website it your region is available. Shipping is charged at Australia Posts rates and is by weight. We can not track international shipments with great accuracy.
