BELLS DOUBLE SHOT

We love this rub for the longer slower cooks. The Bells Double Shot is bold with its earthy and chocolatey flavours. The addition of coffee to the mix accentuates the flavour of the meat. The grounds caramelise making a sweet and savoury bark that seals in those precious flavours and juices.

Just coat your protein in olive oil or the binder of your choice and shake Bells Double Shot generously over the entire piece. Let the rub rest while the grill heats up, or overnight.

It’s perfectly suited for steak, brisket, beef ribs, venison and lamb.

A CALM SWEETNESS CIRCLES INTO A SPICY RIP

THE RIP

The Rip starts off calm with a hint of sweetness that swells into some back palate heat, all rounded out with a blend of herbs and spices.

Whether it is a rack of ribs or collar of pork or a rotisserie chicken, coat your protein in olive oil and dust all sides with The Rip. Allowing to rest for an hour, or better yet overnight, will intensify the flavours.

The Rip marries well with pork, chicken and vegetables but try it anyway you want, just remember to always eat between the flags.

THE 13TH APOSTLE

The 13th Apostle will transport you to the Mediterranean with it’s Gyros flavours. It’s a fun and cheeky blend with no rules.

It tastes great on chicken, lamb, beef, vegetables and venison. A drizzle of olive oil, a shake of The 13th Apostle and a squeeze of lemon will have you thinking you’re in Santorini.

A FRAGRANT AND SPICY JERK, YOUR TASTEBUDS WILL POP HOT

DROP-IN JERK

This Jerk packs a punch with lots of fragrant flavours and some nice heat to round it out.

With a generous coating of olive oil, this rub will melt to form a flavoursome marinade. Cook straight away or leave for a few hours for extra intensity.

Cook over coals or on the grill for a nice Jerk crust. Finish off with some lime wedges for a citrus kick

Its ideal on poultry, fish, pork and vegetables, but this rub is a real allrounder and we have even used it in sausage rolls!

This Jerk gets its name from the surfing term ”drop in”. To drop in on a wave that’s already being ridden is a serious breach of surfing etiquette. The only thing that will make up for this faux pas is if you invite them round for some of this juicy Jerk.

Bancoora Bagel

Seasoning

Not just for bagels this seasoning adds another layer of flavour to smashed avocado, eggs, salads and chicken skewers! It can be used to garnish almost anything and adds a delightfully nutty, sesame flavour with a hint of garlic. We have also added some nigella seeds to our mix to make it uniquely Coast n Smoke.

This style of rub’s origins tie back to the South West of America. You will be the pitmaster of your neighbourhood when you get this in the smoker.

Winki-POP Dust

Winki-POP dust has it all, a bit of sweetness, a bit of saltiness, nice spice and a bit of heat. Rub it on your ribs, dust it on you wings or slap it on your (pork) butt. Then wait for the magic to happen!

Goes well with chicken, pork and most other proteins, great on baked potatoes and roast cauliflower too.

SPG or salt, pepper garlic is the ultimate all purpose seasoning. Use it by itself and let the flavours of your food shine through, or layer it up with another rub to give you a flavour popping experience. .

Zeally Seasoning

The Zeally Seasoning is Coast n Smoke’s version of a traditional Montreal steak seasoning. Montreal steak seasoning’s origins can be traced back many years, some say even to the Ottoman empire. Its modern day popularity came about when a griller at a Montreal restaurant, started using it on his meat. Up until then the spices had been used to cure beef brisket, which was then smoked and steamed into Pastrami.

One of Montreal seasonings characteristic ingredients is dill. That’s what makes this blend go so well on salmon but it’s equally at home on steaks and other proteins and vegetables.

It has a slight hint of chilli heat, so if you like things hot use more but if you like them more mild use a bit less.
